Extrusion
A long-term specialization of our company is the production of multi-layer barrier films with high utility properties.
The extrusion of these films takes place on several lines. The most modern nine-layer line with innovative water cooling enables us to produce barrier films with high transparency and low thickness, which has a significant ecological dimension.
Flexographic Printing
Our most modern flexographic printing lines allow us to achieve a level of print quality that was previously hard to imagine. We print on various materials in glossy or matte finishes, including the option of subsequent varnishing.
We will gladly guide you through the entire printing process — from preparing the graphics to the final print.
Lamination
Based on knowledge of the materials used, many years of experience, and customer wishes, we ensure the required properties of the produced films. Whether the requirements concern mechanical, barrier, optical, design, or high thermal resistance, we meet them.
We laminate using both solvent-based and solvent-free technologies.
Slitting
We finalize the entire film production process on slitting lines, where we cut films to the required dimensions according to customer needs. Robotic elements assist us with handling and winding rolls.
Converting
The film production process can end with the manufacturing of bags. A wide range of converting lines allows us to produce a broad assortment of bags in many types and material compositions, enhanced with various elements according to customer wishes. Our production includes simple flat bags, stand-up pouches such as doypacks, as well as bag-in-box for liquids.
