Legislation governing packaging materials is constantly evolving, and VEPAK actively monitors these changes. Our goal is to provide our customers with safe, high-quality and legally compliant packaging materials that meet both current and future requirements of the European market.
European legislation on packaging materials is undergoing significant changes. One of these is the new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), which, from 12 August 2026, introduces requirements regarding the content of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in packaging intended for food contact.
